As an Amazon Warehouse Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV, you are responsible for the full performance of your shift. That means overseeing a team of associates and leads, hitting daily productivity targets, maintaining a safe work environment, and communicating clearly with senior operations management. You will handle performance feedback, work through workflow challenges in real time, and make sure your team has everything they need to succeed.

Amazon Supervisors are expected to lead by example — active on the floor, engaged with their team, and focused on both short-term output and the longer-term development of the people they manage.

Core supervisor responsibilities include:

  • Managing shift performance across multiple warehouse departments
  • Monitoring safety compliance and addressing hazards immediately
  • Providing performance feedback and coaching to associates and leads
  • Communicating shift results and escalations to operations management
  • Adjusting staffing and task assignments based on real-time demand

You will use Amazon’s internal workforce management tools, productivity dashboards, and reporting systems throughout each shift.

To be considered as an Amazon Warehouse Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience supervising or managing a warehouse team
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and remain active on the floor throughout a shift
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards
