As an Amazon Warehouse Team Member in Jackson, MS, your day centers on collaboration and flexibility. You will be cross-trained across multiple departments so you can step in wherever the team needs you most. This might mean helping with inbound receiving in the morning and supporting the packing line in the afternoon — variety is part of the job.

You will work closely with your teammates and lead associates to hit daily productivity targets, maintain safety standards, and keep the fulfillment center running smoothly. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Supporting teammates across receiving, stowing, picking, and packing stations
