  • Security & Access Controls: Implement and administer RBAC, Least Privilege, JIT, SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions.
  • Incident Resolution: Investigate IAM security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive platform improvements.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA through regular audits, control validations, and access reviews.
  • Platform Administration: Configure cloud and enterprise platforms including Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, Entra ID, Duo, CyberArk, AWS, and GCP.
  • Automation & Integration: Develop maintainable Python and PowerShell automation and API integrations to streamline IAM workflows.
  • Architecture & Planning: Translate complex requirements into practical technical designs and execution roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, and Compliance teams to manage risks and deliver key dependencies.
  • AI & Analytics Integration: Leverage AI tools to optimize support workflows, generate metrics, and identify security trends.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM operations with proven ownership of enterprise production systems and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for developing production-ready IAM automation and API integrations.
  • Hands-on expertise with IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP), directory services, and major platforms (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Entra ID).
  • Strong system design, technical planning, and troubleshooting skills across complex, multi-platform environments.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX) and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zero Trust security models and AI-driven identity analytics.
  • Knowledge of Cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM) and AI-enhanced cloud security.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM automation platforms, AI-based fraud detection, and anomaly detection.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and AI-driven IAM orchestration strategies.
