The position is responsible for driving growth across multiple Medtronic product portfolios, including cardiovascular, medical-surgical, and spine/pain solutions. Working in partnership with field sales teams and internal stakeholders, this role serves as a central coordinator across product lines to deliver customer-focused solutions and expand business within ASC accounts.<br><br>This position is based in the United States and follows a remote work style. Travel is expected up to 10% to support collaboration, customer engagement, and business objectives.<br><br>The ASC Remote Sales Representative is responsible for driving portfolio growth within Ambulatory Surgery Center accounts through virtual customer engagement, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as the primary remote contact for assigned customers, partnering with field sales representatives to identify opportunities, coordinate portfolio strategies, and expand product adoption across multiple Medtronic businesses.<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prospect and develop new and existing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) accounts to grow revenue and expand customer relationships.</li><li>Execute strategic sales plans across cardiovascular, medical-surgical, and spine/pain product portfolios.</li><li>Serve as the primary remote point of contact for ASC customers, building and maintaining long-term partnerships.</li><li>Partner with field sales representatives to support account strategies, customer engagement activities, and business growth objectives.</li><li>Coordinate cross-portfolio sales efforts and align internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.</li><li>Conduct virtual presentations, product education sessions, and business reviews with customers.</li><li>Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analytics, and sales data to identify opportunities, track performance, and optimize sales strategies.</li><li>Drive portfolio penetration, increase product adoption, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive customer support.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years OR Associate's Degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.</li><li>Experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth within healthcare-related accounts.</li><li>Experience utilizing CRM platforms, sales analytics, or performance tracking tools.</li><li>Ability to conduct virtual customer engagement, presentations, and business reviews.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Direct sales experience within Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC).</li><li>Experience selling cardiovascular, medical-surgical, spine, or pain management products.</li><li>Experience selling across multiple product portfolios or product lines.</li><li>Demonstrated success in remote, field, or inside sales environments.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<br><br><br></li></ul>For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R.<br><br><ul><li>214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Job Requirements<br><br></strong>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. <br><br>The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
