Through our network, we connect these businesses with corporate and government buying opportunities, while also providing them with the resources and knowledge they need to conduct transactions with larger organizations.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">Reporting to the President of WBE Canada, as part of the Fast Track to Supply Chains Initiative, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving WBE Canada’s digital marketing strategy and campaign performance, using CRM, marketing automation, and lead generation to expand reach and engagement. This cross-functional role will lead integrated campaigns, support CRM and analytics initiatives, and ensure consistent data tracking to grow WBE Canada’s audience and strengthen engagement across programs, events, and initiatives.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Digital Lead Generation & Campaign Management</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Lead the marketing execution of key organizational projects, partnering with internal </span><span style="font-size: 10pt">stakeholders to develop and deliver national campaigns that drive awareness, inquiries, and applications;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Lead digital conversion strategies to expand WBE Canada’s audience;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support webinars, programs, education series, events, and key organizational projects, including national awareness and engagement initiatives;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Develop and implement always-on lead generation strategies using email, landing pages, paid media, and content marketing;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Develop and monitor marketing funnels and digital campaigns, ensuring timelines, KPIs, and deliverables are met;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Monitor and report on campaign performance including lead generation, conversion rates, and cost per lead;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Identify opportunities to improve audience growth through data insights, testing, and optimization;</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Email Marketing & Campaign Management</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Lead the planning and execution of external email marketing campaigns for events, programs, and organizational initiatives;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Manage audience segmentation, automation, and workflows;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Develop email strategies aligned with campaign goals and audience lifecycle;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Ensure integration between email campaigns, CRM, and digital event platforms;</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Content & Digital Communications</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Support external communications including website content, social media, and digital publications;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Write and edit marketing content including email copy, website content, blog posts, and social media content;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Support SEO content including page titles, descriptions, and website content updates;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Work with internal teams and contributors to develop longer-form content and publications;</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Landing Pages & Digital Execution</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Working with Operations Team on developing content for landing pages for campaigns, events, prospect funnels, and lead generation initiatives;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Working with Operations Team to ensure pages are optimized for user experience, conversion, and tracking;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Coordinate with the digital team to ensure analytics and reporting are properly implemented;</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Social Media & Community Engagement</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Manage WBE Canada’s social media channels using a content calendar to plan and schedule content;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Monitor and engage with digital communities and social channels to grow awareness and engagement;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Provide monthly reporting on social media and digital channel performance, focusing on KPIs such as website traffic and marketing-qualified leads;</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Cross-Team Collaboration & Marketing Support</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across the organization;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Support marketing for online and in-person events, awareness campaigns, and organizational initiatives;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Collaborate with Business Development and Community teams to align marketing with organizational offerings and audience needs;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Help improve internal marketing processes, workflows, and campaign coordination;</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">What you bring to the table:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Fully bilingual (English and French) with strong verbal and written communication skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Experience with</span><span style="font-size: 10pt"> CRM platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar);</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, landing pages, and website or data optimization projects;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, automation, lead generation, paid media, and event marketing;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Experience managing paid digital campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google) and social media advertising;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Strong understanding of data, analytics, and reporting tools to measure performance and drive insights;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Proficiency with tools such as WordPress, Canva, HTML/CSS, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Strong content development skills, including writing and editing for digital channels (email, web, blog, and social);</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Experience working in a nonprofit or fundraising environment is considered an asset;</span><br></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
