Job Description As a Business Operations Specialist , you will be part of a team with multidisciplinary responsibilities. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring the requests are completed accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Analyzing requests, providing directions, and building customers within various systems. Maintenance of required procedures, documentation, and evidence to enable audit trails.
Responsibilities
Ensure that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies.
Review applications and other forms to make sure they are correct and complete, as well as build carrier customers within our Freight Payment System.
Create the Carrier structure within Freight Payment Systems as well as Settlement accounts and other connection tables.
Ensure that customers receive quality service for all operational activities supported.
Adheres to corporate policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintenance of required procedures, documentation and evidence to enable audit trails.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years’ relevant experience
Nice-to-haves
Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Effective customer relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office.
ServiceNow, SQL Management Studio experience a plus.
Aptitude for identifying and resolving exceptions and interpreting data accurately.
Participating in or lead/managing projects and carrier meetings.
