Steady Work

We run long-term dedicated Amazon Freight Partner contracts. No chasing loads and no brokers.

Where We're Hiring

  • 4 days on / 4 days off, 12:30 AM and 2:30 AM launches – nearly all current openings
  • 5 days on / 2 days off and daily/flex – limited. Tell us if one is your goal seat.

Not an early riser? Apply anyway and tell us your goal seat. Drivers move into new time slots by seniority.

New time slots go to current drivers first, by seniority. Tell us the seat you ultimately want and we'll work the list from the top when it opens.

4 Days On, 4 Days Off

  • Off about half the year
  • Only two resets per 8-day cycle spent in the truck; the rest at home, mostly daytime sleep
  • Schedule set by mid-week, so you know your week before it starts
  • Overtime-eligible. Hours run about 40–54 a week depending on how your days fall in the pay week, so some stretches run heavier and some lighter

The Work

  • Regional round trips out of the greater Chattanooga area
  • Drop & hook, no-touch. No loading, pallet jacks, tarps, straps, HAZMAT, or doubles
  • Late-model sleeper cabs, serviced on schedule
  • Company phone, fuel, and tolls covered
  • Netradyne in-cab safety cameras, which also protect you against false claims

Pay

  • $22–$23/hr, paid weekly, W-2
  • Up to $300/mo in bonuses: on-time departure, on-time arrival, and safety score ($100 each)
  • 4 on / 4 off: roughly $880–$1,400 gross per week, about $61,000–$64,000 per year, overtime and bonuses included
  • 5 on / 2 off: about 70 hrs/week, not overtime-eligible, about $84,000+ per year with bonuses
  • $500 bonus after 90 days; $200 referral bonus, open to anyone
  • Figures assume full shifts; actual earnings vary by hours and routes assigned

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off, about 12 days a year to start
  • W-2 employment, no 1099

Not the Right Fit If You

  • Can't commit to a 12:30 AM or 2:30 AM start
  • Don't want in-cab safety monitoring or GPS
  • Need frequent schedule adjustments, or can't consistently show up on time
  • Have a complicated driving record – MVR and background standards are strict
  • Need to smoke or vape in the cab, or bring a passenger

What You'll Need

  • Valid Class A CDL; 3+ months tractor-trailer experience preferred, other backgrounds considered
  • 21 or older
  • Meet MVR eligibility requirements
  • Current DOT medical card; pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • English proficiency per DOT requirements
  • Comfortable with a company phone and apps for dispatch, DVIRs, HOS, and navigation

Refer a Driver – $200

Have them enter your email in the referral field. When they reach 90 days in good standing, you get a $200 gift card. No limit.

You will be employed by 121 Partners, an independent Amazon Freight Partner, not by Amazon. Benefits are subject to plan eligibility, including minimum average hours, and require an employee premium contribution. Bonuses require active employment in good standing at payout. Offers are contingent on background check, MVR review, DOT physical, and drug screen. 121 Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pay: $61,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Dental insurance
  • Fuel card

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
