Client Service Representative | REMOTE on Zoom

About the position

AO Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, service-focused individuals to join us as Remote Client Representatives. In this role, you’ll connect virtually with individuals and families interested in learning more about available benefits. You’ll answer questions, understand client needs, explain coverage options, assist with enrollment once appropriately licensed, and provide continued customer service. This position combines Customer Service, Client Support, Benefits Education, Relationship Building, and Consultative Insurance Sales. It is a 100% remote, entry-level position with no insurance experience required, offering qualified client opportunities, no traditional cold calling, weekly commission-based pay, performance bonuses, renewal & residual income opportunities, flexible scheduling, training & mentorship, and career & leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
  • Make applicable outbound calls and client follow-up
  • Connect with individuals interested in receiving benefit information
  • Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
  • Listen carefully to client questions and concerns
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
  • Provide needs-focused recommendations once appropriately licensed
  • Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
  • Complete required digital documentation
  • Maintain professional client relationships
  • Conduct applicable policy reviews
  • Assist with beneficiary updates
  • Provide continued customer service and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate digital client records
  • Manage appointments and follow-up activity
  • Participate in virtual training and coaching
  • Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
  • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
  • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
  • Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • Strong time-management skills and consistent activity
