Content Moderator ( All In + WFH, Project Based)

About the Role The Content Protection team identifies and addresses unauthorized (pirated) use of copyrighted video content across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others). This includes both general content protection and NBA-specific coverage. Moderators flag infringing content for takedown; Supervisors review flagged content and execute the takedown action.

There are two focus areas within this role:

  • General Content Moderator — searches for and flags unauthorized/pirated video content circulating online across platforms
  • NBA Content Moderator — focuses specifically on unauthorized NBA-related content circulating in or from the Philippines region
What You'll Do
  • Continuously monitor designated platforms and online sources for unauthorized/pirated video content
  • Identify content that violates copyright or licensing terms (e.g., user-recorded footage of licensed broadcasts, re-uploaded clips)
  • Flag identified content for supervisor review
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency given the sensitive, confidential nature of the content
  • For NBA-focused moderators: specifically monitor and identify unauthorized NBA game content
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive or proprietary content
  • Stay current on platform policies, client-specific guidelines, and process updates as they evolve
What You Bring
  • Fresh graduates welcome up to 6 months of call center or customer support experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • Natural fluency with digital platforms, social media, and online trends
  • Comfortable using computers and standard web platforms
  • No advanced technical background required but would be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive/confidential content and maintain discretion
  • Reliable and able to work assigned shifts
Program Structure
  • New hires begin with a pilot period (proposed 30 days; client is evaluating up to 60) before transitioning to ongoing placement
  • Training is provided at the start of the pilot

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
