<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Experience with Substance Painter and Blockbench, or similar asset creation tools.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Strong understanding of Minecraft/Roblox aesthetics and experience creating stylized, game-related assets.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Familiarity with YouTube content trends, including Shorts, thumbnails, and visual storytelling techniques.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote or digital-first teams.</span></li>
