Retention Analyst associates leverage internal and external technology platforms, communicate with our insurance carrier partners, and work closely with enrolling advocates to ensure that submitted Medicare applications are accepted at the carriers, all required information is received, and support advocate and member communication throughout the enrollment process and throughout the life of the policy.
