Position Overview

We’re looking for a Remote Customer Success Representative to become the first point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you’ll guide customers through their insurance benefit options, answer questions, and ensure they receive the highest level of service—all from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities
