<p>We are seeking an expert<strong> Epic BI Reporting and Analytics Developer/Analyst</strong> <strong>for Custody</strong><strong></strong> to provide end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions within the <strong>Custody Health</strong> space. This role focuses on Ambulatory, Inpatient, Regulatory/State-required filings, and Quality metrics.</p>
<p>As a consultant, you will be expected to possess top-tier co<strong></strong>mmunication skills, the ability to coalesce complex, related requests into unified solutions, and a strict adherence to <strong>SDLC standards</strong>. You will guide projects from initial requirements gathering and solution design through to SME sign-off, coding, UAT, and final documentation.</p>
<h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3>
<ul><li><strong>Solution Development:</strong> Develop and deploy Custody-focused reports and dashboards; validate, modify, and document Radar automatic and custom SQL metrics.</li><li><strong>Technical Execution:</strong> Write complex stored procedures for clinical reporting requests for use in Cogito SQL templates; create Radar components from Cogito SQL reports and metric frameworks.</li><li><strong>Project Leadership:</strong> Lead projects and facilitate meetings with operational leadership to gather requirements; estimate timelines and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Regulatory Support:</strong> Update code based on new regulatory/operational requests and direct regulatory agency monitors to reporting outputs, providing guidance on usage.</li><li><strong>Governance & Quality:</strong> Follow SDLC standards for unit testing, peer reviews, and production migration. Support knowledge transfer and mentorship through SQL code reviews.</li></ul>
<h3><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></h3>
<ul><li><strong>Epic Expertise:</strong> Minimum <strong>3 years</strong> of Epic Clarity Data Model development experience (specifically EpicCare Ambulatory and Inpatient).</li><li><strong>SQL Mastery:</strong> At least <strong>5 years</strong> of SQL query and stored procedure development experience, particularly within a clinical setting.</li><li><strong>Specialized Experience:</strong> Proven track record creating BI outputs in a <strong>Correctional Health, Custody, Jail, or Detention</strong> environment is <strong>required</strong>.</li><li><strong>Tool Proficiency:</strong> Working knowledge of SlicerDicer, Cogito SQL, and Radar Dashboards.</li><li><strong>Workflow Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of Inpatient (Admissions, Flowsheets, Discharge Med Rec) and Ambulatory (Visits, Consults, Orders, Groupers) workflows.</li><li><strong>Certification:</strong> <strong>Epic Clarity Certification</strong> (Clinical, Financial, Cogito, or legacy equivalent) is <strong>required</strong>.</li></ul>

<h3><strong>Additional Details</strong></h3>
<ul><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> This position is 100% remote, but candidates <strong>must</strong> be available to work standard <strong>PST hours</strong>.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Experience in public sector healthcare or detention facilities is a critical component of this role.</li></ul>
