Develop and maintain relationships with top financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region. Provide strategic support to the APAC CIB team in identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives. Prepare and present reports on market trends, business performance, and potential opportunities to senior management. Serve as a subject matter expert on banking industry regulations and compliance. Communicate and negotiate with clients to secure new business and maintain existing relationships. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. Provide operational support to the APAC CIB team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development. Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
