Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Evening Customer Care Associate to join our remote team. In this full‑time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members seeking guidance on healthcare questions, benefits, and service navigation. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive, solution‑focused experience that resolves member needs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company a high volume of inbound calls and digital inquiries from members during evening shifts (1:00 pm–9:30 pm or 1:30 pm–10:00 pm EST).
  • Build rapport quickly using a friendly, courteous, and empathetic communication style.
  • Accurately capture and update member demographics and case reputed company in our proprietary system.
  • Diagnose member issues, determine the best resolution path, and execute solutions in real time.
  • Escalate complex reputed company to appropriate internal teams or external partners while maintaining clear follow‑up.
  • Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and quality metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and share best practices with the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior customer service experience—ideally in a call center or healthcare setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and problem‑solving under pressure.
  • Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple software platforms, and managing data entry.
  • Availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) during the specified evening shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare benefits, insurance, or member services.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices.
  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment.
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.
