Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing practice, combined with excellent communication and computer skills. The following qualifications are required A current, unrestricted compact license as a Registered Nurse in Texas, with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states as needed. At least 3 years of clinical RN experience, with a preference for previous experience in telephonic nursing or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology systems. Residency in Texas is required for this position, as you will be working remotely and must be able to meet the needs of our patient population in this region. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred and will be considered an asset in your application Previous experience in telephonic nursing, case management, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a remote setting and provide high-quality patient care over the phone.
