ABOUT THE ROLE The Global IT Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the organization’s global IT strategy across all regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and connected vehicle ecosystems. This role oversees enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across automotive operations worldwide. Key Responsibilities: 1. Global IT Strategy & Leadership <ul> <li>Develop and execute a global IT roadmap aligned with corporate and automotive business strategies</li> <li>Drive digital transformation initiatives (data platforms, traceability, RPA, ), support manufacturing sites in Industry 4.0 transformation</li> <li>Establish IT governance, standards, and best practices across regions</li> </ul> 2. Enterprise Applications Management <ul> <li>Oversee implementation and optimization of: <ul> <li>ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)</li> <li>Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)</li> <li>Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure system integration across R&D, , Operations, Business Development, HR and Finance</li> </ul> 3. Sites IT <ul> <li>Lead IT operations for global sites Planning and implementation of the strategy, organization and management of the distributed sites infrastructure in the field of IT equipment, services and infrastructure</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Disaster recovery planning </li> <li>Support Industry 4.0 initiatives and smart factory deployments</li> </ul> 4. Infrastructure & Cloud Operations <ul> <li>Manage global IT infrastructure: <ul> <li>Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid)</li> <li>Networks, data centers, and end-user systems </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across regions</li> </ul> 5. Cybersecurity & Compliance <ul> <li>Define and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks</li> <li>Ensure compliance with: <ul> <li>ISO 27001</li> <li>Automotive cybersecurity regulations (e.g.,TISAX)</li> <li>IATF16949 </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Protect vehicle systems, enterprise platforms, and sensitive data</li> </ul> 6. Data & Analytics Enablement <ul> <li>Establish global data strategy and governance</li> <li>Enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence use cases</li> <li>Support use cases such as predictive maintenance and supply chain optimization</li> </ul> 7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management <ul> <li>Manage global IT vendors, system integrators, and outsourcing partners</li> <li>Collaborate with business leaders across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions</li> <li>Drive vendor performance, contracts, and cost optimization</li> </ul> 8.
