They’re not here to sit on the sidelines; they’re here to get in the mix, bring big ideas to life, and help brands leave a meaningful mark on the world.</p><p><br><strong>About the role<br></strong>The Graphic Designer role (Artwork Finaliser focus) plays a pivotal role in preparing high-quality, print-ready and production-ready assets across brand, digital, print and experiential platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and technical excellence.</p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Execute and finalise artwork across brand, digital, print, social, retail and physical environment designs, ensuring all outputs are production-ready.</p></li><li><p>Interpret creative briefs created by the Art Director or Creative Director (execution-focused; no strategy ownership).</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate print-ready files with correct bleed, trims, colour profiles and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Roll out assets across multiple touchpoints.</p></li><li><p>Own resizing, finishing and artwork preparation, including creating print-ready files, setting up die lines, and ensuring all assets meet production specifications.</p></li><li><p>Work with die lines and packaging layouts with high precision.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clean file structures, naming conventions and organised asset systems.</p></li><li><p>Manage an average of two briefs per day (approx. five major tasks per week).</p></li><li><p>Work across a broad mix of clients (approx. seven clients per week, sometimes more).</p></li><li><p>Adapt quickly to new brands and guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the traffic manager, art directors, creative director, designers and account service.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum five years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.</p></li><li><p>Agency experience is a must.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple briefs and tight turnarounds.</p></li><li><p>Strong technical capability in artwork finalisation, including print production, file setup, brand guideline application and multi-format asset rollouts.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in preparing print-ready artwork and working with production specifications.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail in typography, layout and file accuracy, with a strong focus on precision and consistency.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</p></li><li><p>Proactive work style that vocalises availability, asks for new tasks and communicates progress or blockers.</p></li><li><p>Strong collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to integrate into the team culture despite remote setup.</p></li><li><p>High level of organisation and file management skills.</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work either Australia/Dubai Time depending on workload.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>3D design/renders for physical spaces, bars or displays.</p></li><li><p>Motion graphics or video editing.</p></li><li><p>Figma familiarity (must still be able to export to Adobe).</p></li><li><p>Experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT) for ideation or design enhancement.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>What to Include in Your Portfolio</strong></p><ul><li><p>Examples of print, bullboard, banner, packaging, or artwork with die lines and final production outputs.</p></li><li><p>Strong craft: illustration, thoughtful design and conceptual work.</p></li><li><p>Clear application of brand guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Campaign-level thinking (beyond basic static layouts).</p></li><li><p>Polished visual reasoning.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Benefits (Inclusive in the given salary range):</strong></p><ul><li><p>$50 Internet Allowance</p></li><li><p>$50 HMO allowance</p></li><li><p>20 days Paid Time Off</p></li></ul>
