You’ll work across product, marketing, content, and social to find creative ways to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption.</p><p>This is an <strong>early-career, hands-on startup role</strong> for someone who enjoys experimentation, understands digital culture, and is excited by the challenge of making products people want to discover and share.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Develop creative strategies to drive product awareness, engagement, and growth</li><li>Translate product features into compelling messaging and marketing concepts</li><li>Identify opportunities across social media, content, and digital channels</li><li>Create and test different hooks, messages, campaigns, and content formats</li><li>Research trends and customer behavior to uncover new growth opportunities</li><li>Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams</li><li>Develop creative concepts for product launches, social campaigns, videos, and graphics</li><li>Analyze performance data and customer feedback to improve growth initiatives</li><li>Support go-to-market strategies and product launches</li><li>Help develop landing pages, presentations, and other marketing materials</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li><strong>0–4 years of professional experience</strong></li><li>Experience or strong interest in <strong>product growth, product marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, social media, or a related field</strong></li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Creative and analytical mindset</li><li>Strong understanding of digital trends and online behavior</li><li>Ability to explain product value in a clear and compelling way</li><li>Comfortable experimenting, testing ideas, and learning from results</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Canva, Figma, analytics platforms, video editing, or similar tools</strong> is a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>A Great Candidate Might Have</p><ul><li>Worked on a product, growth, or marketing experiment</li><li>Created content or campaigns that generated strong organic engagement</li><li>Experience with startups or early-stage products</li><li>A portfolio of marketing campaigns, social content, videos, landing pages, or creative projects</li><li>A strong interest in product-led growth and viral marketing</li><li>A habit of using data and feedback to improve ideas</li><li>An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to move quickly</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We Value</p><p><strong>Creativity over credentials.</strong></p><p><strong>Execution over process.</strong></p><p><strong>Curiosity over experience.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We want someone who looks at a product and thinks:</p><p><em>"Who needs this and why?"</em></p><p><em>"How do we get more people to discover it?"</em></p><p><em>"What would make someone share it?"</em></p><p><em>"What can we experiment with next?"</em></p><p><br></p><p>If you’re early in your career, curious about products and growth, and excited to experiment with creative ways to reach and engage users, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Level: 0–4 Years</strong></p>
