Role Description

You'll assist travellers via live chat and email with booking changes, cancellations, refund requests, and urgent travel issues. Travel support is fast-paced and unpredictable — no two days are the same, and you'll need to stay calm when customers are stressed.

  • Handle inbound live chat and email queries from travellers
  • Process booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to resolve issues on behalf of customers
  • Manage urgent cases including missed flights and last-minute changes
  • Escalate complex disputes and complaints to the specialist team

Qualifications

  • Clear, reassuring written English — you keep stressed travellers calm
  • Fast and decisive — travel issues are often time-sensitive
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple cases simultaneously
  • Comfortable working shift patterns including some weekends

Requirements

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or airline customer service (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) or OTA platforms (nice to have)
  • Second language a bonus — Arabic, French, or Spanish particularly useful (nice to have)
