Expressing interest in GKG's Future Opportunities offers you the ability to share your capabilities and career interests with GKG; aligning your next step with your career goals!</strong></p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Develops and maintains client relationships.</li> <li>Provides support, coordination, and counsel to complete job analysis in alignment with hiring manager's needs. </li> <li>Conducts job analysis and qualifications assessments tools.</li> <li>Develops vacancy announcements and maintains accurate case files in automated staffing tool.</li> <li>Evaluates applicant qualifications; develops selection certificates.</li> <li>Adjudicates veteran’s preference and other hiring preferences and priorities, including CTAP/ICTAP and non-competitive eligibility.</li> <li>Assure regulatory compliance across talent acquisition processes.</li> <li>Codes Staffing portions of Personnel Actions/SF-52 equivalent documents.</li> <li>Prepares activity reports.</li> <li>Reviews work of peers and junior staff. including quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures.</li> <li>May serve as SME or Lead for Staffing actions and special projects, such as mass-hiring processes and procedures or unique hiring efforts such as multi-hurdled assessments.</li> <li>Develops and implements talent acquisition program process improvements.</li> <li>Utilize productivity management applications to track work, document processing efforts and outcomes, and communicate with customers throughout processing efforts.</li> <li>Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Public Trust Clearance.</li> <li>One to ten years specialized experience performing Federal Staffing and Talent Acquisition duties and functions.</li> <li>On to three years' experience with automated staffing tools.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience solving Federal Staffing related issues.</li> <li>Ability to perform assigned work in both an automated and non-automated state.</li> <li> </li> </ul> <h2>Desired Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>DEU Certification desired.</li> </ul>
