Implementation Specialist JM

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented <strong>Implementation Specialist</strong> to support the successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of products, systems, and processes for clients or internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage implementation activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and according to business requirements.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion.</li><li>Gather and analyze client or business requirements to understand implementation needs.</li><li>Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions according to established requirements.</li><li>Develop implementation plans, timelines, task trackers, and project documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, internal teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process.</li><li>Monitor implementation progress, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.</li><li>Conduct system testing, configuration validation, and implementation quality checks.</li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues and technical challenges.</li><li>Provide training, guidance, and support to users during onboarding and implementation.</li><li>Maintain accurate implementation documentation, configuration records, and project reports.</li><li>Communicate project status, risks, issues, and required actions to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate data migration, system integrations, or configuration activities when applicable.</li><li>Support user acceptance testing and ensure requirements are properly validated.</li><li>Assist with post-implementation support and follow-up activities.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, efficiency, and user experience.</li><li>Document lessons learned and contribute to improving implementation methodologies and best practices.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong project coordination and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.</li><li>Experience working with software platforms, business systems, or technology solutions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple implementation activities.</li><li>Proficiency with project management, documentation, spreadsheet, and collaboration tools.</li><li>Ability to create implementation plans, reports, and technical or process documentation.</li><li>Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.</li><li>Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong follow-up and task-management skills.</li><li>Professional, proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented attitude.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Implementation Coordinator, Implementation Consultant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.</li><li>Experience managing or supporting software, system, product, or process implementations.</li><li>Experience gathering requirements and coordinating implementation activities.</li><li>Experience working with clients, users, technical teams, or other stakeholders.</li><li>Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, or user onboarding.</li><li>Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.</li><li>Strong documentation and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.</li><li>Professional, organized, proactive, and results-driven approach.</li><li>English proficiency is required if the position involves working with English-speaking clients, teams, or technical documentation.<br><br><br></li></ul>By applying to this position, we’ll create your <strong>Simera Professional Key (SPK)</strong> — a unique key that helps you connect with employers, stand out, and secure the right match.
