Support the development team in preparing project proposals and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for project development. Attend meetings and site visits to gain hands-on experience and knowledge. Help with creating and maintaining project budgets and timelines. Assist in conducting due diligence for potential development sites. Participate in the negotiation and preparation of contracts and agreements. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative ideas and strategies. Support the team in managing project documentation and tracking progress. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals.
