<p><strong>Lead Account Manager - Customer Business Management Poland and CEE</strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Customer Business Manager</strong> (Lead Account Manager) for Polish and CEE Defense Customers here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and long-term growth and in executing daily customer management for our aerospace business. You will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic plans, managing key customer relationships at both – representative and execution levels, and driving revenue growth through effective account management, including day to day business execution and close co-operation – externally with customers and internally with Business Development, Sales and Integrated Supply Chain Teams. Your operational thinking, relationship building skills, ability to build effective customer partnerships and strong execution drive will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell Aerospace.</p> <p>You will report directly to Sr Director Sales D&S CEE & Israel and you will work out of your home location on a remote work schedule. This role is open for candidates based in Poland, Czech Republic or Romania. </p> <p>In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business by:</p> <ul> <li>Executing strategic plans to drive long-term growth</li> <li>Managing key customer relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for all Defense and space International (DSI) accounts in Poland</li> <li>Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives including Business Development, Sales, Technical Sales and within Customer Business Team</li> <li>Monitoring local market development, delivering insights and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends including competitive initiatives</li> <li>Providing business execution guidance and recommendations to DSI senior leadership and direct manager</li> <li>Executing daily business – orders, payments, deliveries, past due recovery schedules and other business relevant communication</li> <li>Providing customers with technology roadmap updates, product portfolio updates and other product related communication</li> </ul> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement and execute strategic plans to drive long-term growth</li> <li>Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all DSI accounts in Poland, with main focus on WZE for our incumbent Nav & Sensors business as well as on WZL1 and AGT1500 Depot establishment and spares provision business</li> <li>Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives including Business Development, Sales, Technical Sales and Customer Business Teams</li> <li>Monitor local market development and deliver insights and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends including competitive initiatives</li> <li>Provide business execution guidance and recommendations to senior leadership and direct manager</li> <li>Execute daily business – orders, payments, deliveries, past due recovery schedules and other business relevant communication</li> <li>Provide customers with technology roadmap updates, product portfolio updates and other product related communication</li> </ul> <p><strong>YOU MUST HAVE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry or related field</li> <li>Extensive experience in strategic account management, business development, or related roles</li> <li>Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent team work and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans and daily business</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Proficiency in written and spoken Polish preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in written and spoken English </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li> </ul> <p><strong>WE VALUE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field</li> <li>Experience in strategic account management in a global organization</li> <li>Experience in the aerospace industry or related field</li> <li>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li> </ul> <p>ABOUT HONEYWELL Aerospace</p> <p>Honeywell Aerospace products and services are found on virtually every commercial, defense, and space aircraft in the world.
