The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance professional with strong knowledge of athletic field and ball field maintenance, including turf care, infield preparation and grooming, field lining, irrigation systems, landscaping, and the upkeep of sports field facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to lead, train, and support a crew while working independently and exercising sound judgment to ensure athletic fields are properly maintained, safe, and ready for practices, games, and community use.
