In this role, you will apply your expertise in operations management, business administration, workforce planning, budgeting, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership to assess AI-generated operational content and decision-making workflows.</p><p>This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have managed business operations across multiple departments, locations, teams, or business units. You will review operational plans, staffing strategies, budgeting decisions, workflow improvements, and performance management scenarios to ensure outputs reflect real-world operational best practices and sound business judgment.</p><p>The work is fully remote, flexible, and focused on practical business and operations management applications. No prior AI experience is required.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staffing strategies, business processes, and management recommendations for quality and accuracy.</li><li>Review operational workflows and organizational procedures for practicality and effectiveness.</li><li>Compare multiple AI-generated responses and assess operational soundness, financial feasibility, and business impact.</li><li>Analyze scenarios involving workforce management, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assess operational decisions across multiple departments, teams, or business functions.</li><li>Identify inefficiencies, unrealistic assumptions, process gaps, and operational risks.</li><li>Provide structured written feedback explaining strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Evaluate performance management approaches, workflow coordination strategies, and operational planning frameworks.</li><li>Contribute expert insights that improve AI performance in operations and business management tasks.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or a closely related operations leadership role.</li><li>Experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations.</li><li>Strong background in budgeting, staffing, performance management, and operational oversight.</li><li>Experience leading teams, managing resources, and coordinating cross-functional business activities.</li><li>Strong written English communication skills.</li><li>Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Experience managing regional, multi-site, or enterprise-level operations.</li><li>Background in retail, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, professional services, or other operationally intensive industries.</li><li>Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement programs.</li><li>Familiarity with workforce planning, KPI management, budgeting systems, and operational analytics.</li><li>Experience implementing operational strategies, performance initiatives, and organizational improvements.</li><li>Strong understanding of business operations, resource management, and organizational leadership.</li></ul><p>Compensation</p><ul><li><strong>$70–$110/hour</strong></li><li><strong>Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise</strong></li><li><strong>Remote contract engagement</strong></li><li><strong>Flexible schedule</strong></li><li><strong>Independent contractor arrangement</strong></li></ul><p>Application Process</p><ol><li>Submit your application and professional background information.</li><li>Complete any required screening assessments.</li><li>Participate in project-specific evaluations if applicable.</li><li>Complete contractor onboarding.</li><li>Begin contributing to active operations management evaluation projects.</li></ol><p>Additional Details</p><ul><li>Fully remote U.S.-based opportunity.</li><li>Immediate project availability.</li><li>Expected project duration of approximately 4–6 weeks, with potential extensions.</li><li>Flexible workload and scheduling.</li><li>No prior AI experience required.</li><li>Work focuses on evaluating AI-generated operational management content and workflows.</li><li>Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.</li><li>Opportunity to help shape the next generation of AI systems using real-world operations and business management expertise.</li></ul><p><br></p>
