About Amazon & Our Culture

While the city sleeps, our network comes alive. The night shift is the powerhouse of the Amazon distribution model, setting up the entire delivery network for success the following morning. If you are a night owl seeking lucrative Amazon warehouse jobs, this is your domain. Enjoy a focused, quiet commute, fewer distractions, and the highest earning potential among entry-level logistics careers.

What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)

"The night shift differential adds so much extra money to my paycheck. The warehouse floor feels less congested, there's literally zero traffic on my commute, and the team bond is incredibly tight. Plus, I still get the exact same amazing health benefits and tuition support as the day shift. It’s the smartest warehouse job decision I’ve made." - Current Night Shift Associate.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Working the graveyard shift (e.g., 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM), you will process vast amounts of customer orders, ensuring packages hit the loading docks before the morning delivery vans arrive.

  • High-Volume Processing: Focus heavily on picking and packing operations to clear the system's backlog before dawn dispatch deadlines.
  • Sortation Readiness: Sort completed packages by zip code and load them onto outbound pallets for the local delivery hubs.
  • Facility Reset: Assist in resetting the warehouse floor, clearing debris, and replenishing packing stations with boxes and tape for the incoming morning shift.

Benefits & Perks

Maximize your earnings with substantial overnight shift differentials added directly to your base hourly rate. Enjoy our full suite of benefits including 401(k) matching, Day 1 healthcare, and Career Choice.
