Tiger Tracks was founded by former Google marketing leaders with decades of experience managing top-tier digital ad accounts. We deliver exceptional results for our clients, partnering with private equity firms, venture-backed startups, and publicly traded companies.

In a constantly evolving industry, we focus on the fundamentals of successful account management, combining long-term strategic advising with daily hands-on performance optimization. Our commitment to customer service and salesmanship drives us to exceed expectations.

As an Account Coordinator at Tiger Tracks, you are the hands-on-keyboard backbone of the pod. You build campaigns from scratch, QA your own work, manage bids and budgets day to day, and run optimizations under the direction of an Account Strategist or Account Manager.

You will support execution across 6 to 10 accounts, working alongside senior team members to keep campaigns performing, data clean, and deliverables on track. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in getting things right, is already in-platform daily, and is hungry to build a long-term career in paid media. Within 18 to 24 months, a high-performing Coordinator at Tiger Tracks is positioned to grow into a Strategist or Account Manager role.

The bar is high: we are looking for someone who is already operating at a strong execution level and ready to level up at an agency that takes performance seriously.

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

Monitor KPIs daily including CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, diagnosing fluctuations and surfacing actionable insights.

QA campaign setups, tracking links, UTMs, and conversion events for accuracy before launch.

Support daily and weekly pacing across channels, flagging delivery issues early.

Request, upload, and traffic creative assets into platforms following naming conventions and internal processes.

Pull performance data, maintain change logs, and support the assembly of weekly and monthly client reports.

Partner with senior account managers and analysts to test new bidding strategies, audiences, and creative approaches.

Research emerging tools, ad formats, and platform features to help your pod stay ahead of platform changes.

Keep task management tools, timelines, and internal documentation organized and up to date.

Follow documented processes, communicate task status proactively, and flag issues early.

Contribute to integrated marketing strategies that connect paid media with SEO, creative, and conversion rate optimization efforts.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns. Agency experience strongly preferred.

Platform Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Preference is strong experience across both paid search and paid social, not just one. You have built campaigns from scratch, not just "helped" with one, and can talk fluently about CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS without prompting. Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic platforms is a plus.

Analytical Rigor: Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and budget management. Ability to translate complex performance data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. Familiarity with Google Analytics or Looker Studio for performance tracking.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset. You can write a clean, professional summary of what changed in an account and why.

Attention to Detail: Organized, process-driven, and exacting. You catch your own mistakes before anyone else does.

Ownership: Proactive, resourceful, and accountable. You flag issues early and do not wait to be asked.

Composure: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with multiple accounts in flight at once.

Work Ethic: Genuinely hungry to build a career in paid media and willing to put in the reps to get there.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding campaign performance goals, professional or otherwise.

Compensation and Benefits

We believe people who are well-supported can be more balanced, productive, and happy.

Annual salary plus performance-based bonuses

Fully remote team, always

Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

401(k) matching

Flexible time off policy

12 weeks paid parental leave

Company-sponsored computer

Employee growth plans, appreciation programs, and paid company summits

Interested?

Are you already in-platform daily and ready to level up at an agency that takes performance seriously?
