Tool-Savvy: Utilize lead generation tools and scraping platforms to locate contact info and build quality lists. Appointment Scheduler: Book meetings between prospects and our sales team, keeping schedules organized and optimized. Follow-Up Pro: Maintain consistent contact through calls, emails, or messages to keep leads engaged and moving forward. CRM Manager: Log all activity, updates, and appointments accurately in our CRM to ensure smooth coordination and transparency. Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to prep them with the details they need to succeed in every call. Who You Are: Confident Communicator: You know how to talk to anyone—from business owners to C-level executives—with clarity and confidence. Proactive & Self-Sufficient: You don't wait around—you find your own leads and get the job done. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using lead scraping tools and digging up contact information when needed. Persistent & Resilient: You handle rejection like a champ and keep dialing without losing momentum. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Juggling leads, follow-ups, and appointments? You've got it under control. Positive Energy: You bring enthusiasm to every conversation and make people want to talk to you. Goal-Oriented: You love hitting targets and take pride in helping the sales team succeed. Nice to Have: Experience cold calling in the roofing industry—it's a big plus!

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
