Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. The PASR FLOAT is required to float to various clinic sites to support operational business needs. </font></font></p><p></p><p><b style="font-family:'times new roman';font-size:1.6rem">EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: </b></p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary. One year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
