Summary The Payroll Associate is an entry-level role responsible for supporting day-to-day payroll operations within our People Operations (PEO) team. This position focuses on accurate data entry, record maintenance, and basic payroll processing tasks while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations. The role provides an excellent foundation for building a career in payroll operations. Responsibilities Assist in processing payroll data for employees Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Verify and reconcile employee data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings Provide support to employees for payroll-related questions and issues Help maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations Support the PEO team with administrative tasks and documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in payroll or a related field PRISM HR proficiency - MUST HAVE Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in at least one country Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Total Rewards Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion. Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location. We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
