### About the role

We help independent UK pharmacies increase profit by improving how they purchase medicines.

Our work depends on accurate pricing, clean spreadsheets, and consistent updates so pharmacies can buy at the best possible cost. Your job is to keep that data engine running smoothly.

This role is for someone who:

- Enjoys structured, repetitive, detail‑focused work

- Is happy working in Google Sheets for most of the day

- Cares more about accuracy and consistency than speed

You will receive clear Loom video trainings and written SOPs for each process.

- Price comparisons clearly show the best supplier options

- Manual price research is completed accurately using defined sources

- Spreadsheets stay structured, organised, and error‑free

### Responsibilities

**1. Supplier price updates**

- Match correct product codes, pack sizes, and units

**2. Price comparison & validation**

- Compare prices across multiple suppliers to identify:

- Lowest available price

- Large or unusual price changes

- Missing supplier prices

- Flag anything that looks inconsistent or incorrect

**3. Manual price research (no scripts/coding)**

- Look up prices via supplier portals, online price lists, shared documents, internal data

- Record findings clearly in the correct format

- Follow clear rules to decide which prices to use

**4. Out of stock & substitution updates**

- Update sheets when suppliers confirm items are unavailable

- Record supplier feedback

- Flag lines where alternatives may be needed

**5. Spreadsheet quality control**

- Keep data clean across multiple sheets:

- Comfortable working with structured data for long periods

- Able to follow step‑by‑step processes exactly

- Able to spot inconsistencies in numbers or text

- Good written English

- Reliable internet connection

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines

---

### Ideal candidate

- Enjoys working with numbers and structured data

- Careful, methodical, and patient

- Comfortable with repetitive but important tasks

- Good at spotting patterns and small mistakes

- Looking for stable, long‑term work

**Nice to have (not required):**

- Experience with pricing / procurement / supply chain data

- Experience handling large spreadsheets

- Experience as a VA in operations or back‑office roles

- Basic understanding of spreadsheet formulas (training provided)

**Important:** Start your application with the word **“Precise”**.

Applications without this word at the top will not be considered.

**Working hours**

- This is a long‑term, 30–40 hours per week role.

- We are based in the UK and require at least **3–4 hours of overlap between 14:00 and 18:00 UK time, Monday to Friday** so you can process same‑day supplier and order updates.

- The remaining hours are flexible, as long as you:

- Ensure all daily price and spreadsheet updates are completed by **20:00 (8pm) UK time**

- Work **3–4 hours at the weekend** for weekly data cleanup and purchasing preparation (exact times can be agreed to suit your schedule)

- We care more about consistent output and hitting agreed deadlines than the exact times you are online, as long as you reliably meet these expectations.

### Pay & progression

- Starting rate: $3 – $5 per hour, based on experience

- Long‑term role for the right person

- Opportunity to increase responsibility (and pay) over time as you master the processes

---

### How to apply
