Job Description:

• The Staff Product Operations role is the connective tissue between Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Leadership.
• Translate feedback from Ops team into product briefs.
• Ensure teams around you are moving faster and feeling more connected.
• Provide exceptional leadership and role model for the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience in product operations, product management, or a strategy/operations hybrid role.
• 3+ years in a marketplace, platform, or multi-sided network business model
• 2+ years managing or mentoring direct reports.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Operations, and commercial teams in a remote or distributed organization.
