Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Regional Product Sales Manager in the Eastern Region.
Remote in the Eastern Region.
Job Responsibilities:
Partnership with distributors to promote Holman products and have general knowledge of Holman’s services
When the opportunity presents itself with a distributor or their customer, discuss and connect the respective SME for other Holman services such as maintenance, insurance, leasing
Capture revenue growth, enhance profitability and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction for assigned territory
Identify and qualify new prospects for potential sales
Identify opportunities to meet customer needs by selling additional products and services to existing customers including knowledge of supply chain, insurance, financing and other value-added programs
Work closely with the assigned Customer Service Representative to ensure customer expectations are being met
Document prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce to maximize the relationship potential
Establish annual sales forecasts for the regional territory
Develop strong relationships and team selling approach with the other Holman sales teams.
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge offered by Holman Manufacturing & Distribution. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, locations, marketing messages, services, etc.
Provide a strong value proposition and SME to support all sales efforts
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, attending industry-related trade shows
Assist in the development of procedural and process improvements
Work closely with the Product Specialist and Engineering team to research new product opportunities and continuously provide customer feedback on existing products
Maintain complete knowledge of company products
Supports the accomplishment of strategic objectives that promote value to the customer and return on investment to the organization
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Collaborate with Holman Mobility, HPD and HSBS to develop leads and prospects for one or a combination of the business lines
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
3-5+ years’ sales & customer-facing experience
Proven sales track record
Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
