RN-Registered Nurse Telemetry Onsite Contract
Contract starts 7/14/2026 for 13 weeks.
Night Shift: 12 hours/day, 3 days/week.
Unit Information
- Location: Wesley Medical Center, 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214, Floor: 9th, Building: Main Entrance
- Number of Beds: 29
- Number of Staff: 8
- Staff composition: Day Shift – 5 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs; Night Shift – 5 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs.
- Patient Ratios: 1:6 (unconfirmed).
- Equipment: PCA Pumps, IV pumps.
- EMR: Meditech.
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital telemetry experience.
- BLS & ACLS certification.
Preferred or nice to have:
- NIH certification.
- Meditech experience.
Typical Procedures Performed
- Central lines.
- Medication drips.
Preferred Personality Fit
- Positive attitude and engaged.
- Independent; strong critical thinking skills.
- Patient care experience priority.
