We don't want your resume. We don't care where you went to school. We don't care what your last title was.

We care about one thing: can you get on the phone, talk to people, and book appointments?

If the answer is yes, record a 60-second video and send it. That's the entire application.

The Role

AAA USA is hiring Remote Appointment Setters. Your job is simple to explain and hard to master: connect with inbound and qualified leads, have real conversations, and get them booked on the calendar with our closers.

You're not cold-calling out of a phone book. You're not chasing people who never raised their hand. You're the first voice a prospect hears — and the reason they show up.

This is a phone and communication role. Volume matters. Skill matters more.

What You'll Do

  • Contact and qualify inbound and assigned leads by phone, text, and email
  • Build fast rapport and identify whether a prospect is a fit
  • Book qualified appointments onto closers' calendars
  • Follow up relentlessly — most money is made on contact attempts 3 through 8
  • Log activity accurately and hit daily and weekly activity targets
  • Show up to team calls, take coaching, and apply it the same day

What You'll Earn

  • Up to $40/hour based on experience and performance
  • Performance bonuses on top of hourly — the more you book, the more you make
  • Uncapped upside for people who outperform

The Career Path (This Is the Real Offer)

The hourly rate is the floor, not the ceiling.

AAA USA promotes from within. Setters who dominate the phones move into closing roles. Closers who dominate move into leadership. Our top performers have a legitimate path to a VP of Sales role earning $200,000+ after the training period.

We tell you this upfront because we want people who are actually chasing it. If you're looking for a job to coast in, this isn't it. If you're looking for a seat at a table where performance is the only thing that determines how fast you move, keep reading.

Training Provided

No prior industry knowledge required. We train you on:

  • Our scripts, objection handling, and call frameworks
  • The CRM and dialer
  • How to qualify fast and book without pressure
  • Ongoing coaching, call reviews, and live role-play

You bring the work ethic. We'll hand you the playbook.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success with a "10X" mindset
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer
  • Availability Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed

Who This Is For

  • You've sold something before and you liked it
  • You take rejection on the chin and dial again
  • You want to be measured on output, not hours logged
  • You're coachable — you'll take feedback and change on the next call
  • You want a career, not a gig

Who This Is Not For

  • People who want to hide behind email
  • People who need to be chased to hit their numbers
  • People who think "remote" means "unsupervised"

How to Apply — No Resume Needed

Submit a short video (60–90 seconds). Record it on your phone. It does not need to be polished.

Answer these three questions:

  • Who are you and what have you sold before?
  • Why should we put you on the phone with our leads?
  • What are you trying to build in the next 12 months?

That video is your resume. We're evaluating exactly what our prospects will experience: your voice, your energy, and your ability to communicate.

Apply now. Video applications get reviewed first — and we're filling these seats fast.

AAA USA is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation figures reflect potential earnings based on performance and are not guaranteed. Advancement opportunities are performance-based.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
