The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Champion to join our remote team and become the frontline advocate for moms and babies across the nation. In this role, you’ll blend empathy with expertise to guide new and expectant mothers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they receive the right products, support, and information at every step.

As part of a dynamic, high‑performing customer service unit—comprising 40 representatives, 7 inside‑sales managers, and a supportive leadership team—you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and contributing to arenaflex’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service – Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media with professionalism, empathy, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Order Management & Compliance – Oversee nationwide order processing for mom & baby items, ensuring accurate entry, timely fulfillment, and adherence to insurance protocols and HIPAA confidentiality.
  • Product Advocacy – Engage existing customers to assess their needs, present arenaflex’s full suite of services, and recommend solutions that enhance maternal health and comfort.
  • Issue Resolution – Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing swift, effective resolutions and following up to confirm satisfaction.
  • Data Stewardship – Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, demographics, and order history in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with inside‑sales managers, product specialists, and logistics partners to streamline processes and share best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement – Participate in regular training, feedback sessions, and process reviews to elevate service quality and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a reputed company or medical‑device environment.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and a positive tone.
  • Self‑motivated, energetic, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the home health products or medical‑device industry.
  • Familiarity with insurance billing and reimbursement processes.
  • Previous reputed company experience with strong time‑management and self‑discipline.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, French) to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Certification in customer service or related fields.
