Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate information about benefit plans and coverage options.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book and confirm virtual appointments with clients, guiding them through the process of reviewing and selecting the most suitable coverage packages.
  • Product Knowledge Collaboration: Partner with arenaflex’s product and management teams to stay up‑to‑date on new benefits, services, and policy changes, ensuring you always provide the latest information.
  • Active Listening & Problem Solving: Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and offering tailored solutions that align with arenaflex’s customer service standards.
  • Support & Solution Delivery: Provide support and resolve issues in accordance with arenaflex’s policies, escalating complex cases when necessary while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record all client interactions, appointment details, and follow‑up actions in arenaflex’s CRM system to ensure seamless continuity of service.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed weekly performance metrics, including call volume, appointment conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Leadership Pipeline Development: Participate in a structured leadership training program designed to identify high‑potential candidates for future managerial roles within 3‑6 months.

Essential Qualifications

  • Technology Ready: Reliable computer with a webcam capable of supporting reputed company and other virtual communication tools.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client availability across multiple time zones.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, with a natural talent for building rapport and trust with diverse client populations.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales environments, especially within the insurance or benefits sector.
