Responsibilities
- Conduct Zoom sales consultations with qualified attorney applicants
- Diagnose prospects' goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Present solutions confidently and professionally
- Close high-ticket coaching and consulting enrollments
- Follow up with qualified prospects who need additional touchpoints
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Participate in sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of high-ticket remote closing experience
- Strong objection-handling and communication skills
- Ability to build trust quickly with professionals and business owners
- Comfortable selling over Zoom
- Highly competitive and coachable
- Self-managed and accountable
- Experience selling coaching, consulting, education, or business opportunities is preferred
Compensation
- 10% commission on collected revenue
- Increased to 12.5% after $100,000 in collected revenue
- Top performers can earn significant monthly commissions
