As we continue to grow through partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion, we’re seeking a highly organized, detail-focused HR Coordinator to join our team.</p> <p>This role is a great fit for an early-career HR professional or an administrative professional who wants to develop their career in Human Resources and healthcare operations.</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <p>As an HR Coordinator, you’ll support both our HR Operations and Provider Recruiting teams, helping to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient HR processes across a rapidly expanding organization.</p> <p> <strong>Key Responsibilities Include<br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with HRIS and Integration teams to gather, validate, and compile employee data into our centralized HR systems</li> <li>Support HR initiatives tied to acquisitions, onboarding, and organizational growth</li> <li>Coordinate training sessions, town halls, and employee Q&A meetings during practice integrations</li> <li>Help facilitate the handoff of newly acquired practices to HR Business Partners</li> <li>Enter, maintain, and audit employee records in HR systems</li> <li>Update and manage provider recruiting databases and tracking tools</li> <li>Arrange interview scheduling and related logistics for provider candidates</li> <li>Maintain organized electronic files and HR documentation</li> <li>Provide administrative support for HR programs, meetings, and other initiatives</li> <li>Assist with preparation of presentation materials and internal communications</li> <li>Complete data entry and reporting tasks accurately and with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Support additional HR projects and duties as needed </li> </ul> <p>What We’re Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li> <li>Prior experience in an administrative assistant, coordinator, customer service, or HR support role is preferred</li> <li>Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook</li> <li>Experience with HRIS systems is a plus, but not required</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li> <li>Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams</li> <li>High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information</li> <li>Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy </li> </ul> <p>Why Join Panoramic Health?</p> <ul> <li>Fully remote, work-from-home position</li> <li>Opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR areas, including HR Operations, HRIS, Recruiting, and Integrations</li> <li>Involvement in healthcare growth efforts, acquisitions, and provider recruiting</li> <li>Supportive, collaborative team environment</li> <li>Career development opportunities within a rapidly growing healthcare organization </li> </ul> <p>If you’re highly organized, enjoy working behind the scenes to keep teams running smoothly, and want to build a career in Human Resources, we’d love to hear from you!</p> <p>The Company is committed to equal employment principles.
