Remote Salesforce Developer
<p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance</li><li>Extensive Salesforce development experience building secure, scalable solutions on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud for large internal and external user bases.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Integration Patterns (REST, SOAP), and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML).</li><li>Hands on experience DevOps tooling, including Jira work management and GitLab pipelines.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate within federal IT environments.</li><li>Proven success collaborating within agile teams and across stakeholder groups to translate requirements into high-quality features, tests, and documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, or CRM Analytics.</li><li>Experience with Agentforce AI Agents and LMS integrations with Instructure Canvas.</li><li>Prior experience supporting federal or NASA programs.</li><li>Working knowledge of identity and email security integrations relevant to Salesforce and NASA, including IDMAX and DKIM.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>As a Salesforce Agentforce Software Developer, you will lead complex design and development efforts for a government customer's Salesforce platform, own end to end feature delivery across agile sprints, and ensure the solution meets federal IT security and accessibility requirements. You will collaborate closely with project leadership, Scrum, QA, analytics, data stewardship, and user support teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly capabilities that scale to thousands of external users and hundreds of licensed internal users.</p>
