Assist the sales team in achieving and exceeding their targets by providing administrative support.
Learn and develop new skills related to sales, marketing, and customer service.
Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer information, orders, and contracts.
Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and distribute sales materials and presentations.
Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Help plan and coordinate sales events and meetings.
Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to learn about the company's products and services.
Continuously strive to improve sales processes and contribute new ideas to increase efficiency and productivity.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
