Position Brief: Graveyard Operational Commander

A high-performing logistics network is entirely dependent on the quality of its floor leadership, particularly during the grueling graveyard hours. We are actively seeking distinguished, highly capable logistics professionals to ascend to the role of 3rd Shift Sortation Shift Lead (internally designated as a Process Assistant or PA). This is a critical, hybrid command position that bridges the gap between frontline execution and salaried Area Managers in the middle of the night. You will not merely sort packages; you will be the tactical nocturnal anchor for an entire sector of the facility, responsible for directing associate flow, tracking hourly volume metrics on a laptop, and ensuring the Sortation Center hits its strict morning dispatch goals.
