Security Systems Project Manager (Non-Technical)

<strong><strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong></strong>We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Non-Technical Security Systems Program Manager to support the Technical Operations team by improving operational efficiency, driving consistency, and ensuring strategic initiatives and business-as-usual activities stay on track. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, developing processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and transforming information into clear documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting. A strong understanding of how Security Systems organizations function within large global enterprises is important for success in this role. This is a non-technical role focused on program coordination, process improvement, project tracking, and operational excellence.<br><br>This is a full-time, fully remote position offering a comprehensive benefits package.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage multiple projects and initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables. </li><li>Develop and maintain documentation that clearly defines roles, responsibilities, and workflows for internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution. </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and drive accountability to ensure projects remain on schedule. </li><li>Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, operational playbooks, and program standards. </li><li>Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings that communicate project status, KPIs, SLAs, and overall program performance. </li><li>Gather information from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop clear, organized, and user-friendly documentation. </li><li>Monitor project and program performance, conduct periodic audits, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively recommend solutions. </li><li>Coordinate change management activities to ensure updates to processes, standards, and procedures are properly documented and communicated. </li><li>Coordinate program intake and service onboarding activities, working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and playbooks. </li><li>Facilitate ongoing collaboration and dialogue with key stakeholders for progress against the technology roadmap and project plans. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardize workflows across teams. </li><li>Maintain accurate project and program documentation and provide general operational support as needed to advance department and organizational objectives. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required. </li><li>5+ years of experience supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, Physical Security, Facilities, or Technology teams within a large, global enterprise environment. </li><li>Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, SOPs, process documentation, reports, and executive presentations. </li><li>Understanding of how Security Systems organizations function within large global enterprises, including project governance, operational processes, and collaboration across Corporate Security, Facilities, IT, and business stakeholders. </li><li>Experience supporting project management, change management, process improvement, or operational programs. </li><li>Exceptional written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills. </li><li>Familiarity with Google Suite tools, technology, and applications. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively. <br><br><br></li></ul>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
