UI/UX Figma Designer

Must Have:

· Lives in the US

· Years experience: 7+ Years

· Start date: ASAP (can start onboarding/process of getting through )

· Availability: 9:00 AM -5:00 PM CST

· Comfortable working on more than one project at a time

· Design strategy (self-starter, identifies gaps and risks and comes up with ideas to

mitigate)

· Curiosity and interest in data problems

· Significant experience designing for enterprise internal/B2B. Examples:

o Data density

o Data tables

o Reporting and data analysis

· Familiarity with data. Examples:

o Data structures / schemas / tables

o Data pipelines

o Excel

· Excellent Figma skills

o Variables

o Design systems

o Layer management

o Design to code (how Figma features translate to code)

Should Have:

· Some familiarity with HTML, CSS

· Experience with Figma Make, Lovable, or similar

· Telecom experience

· Data-oriented design (components as data / content)

· Experience working closely with engineering

Nice to Have:

· Familiarity with how React works

· Experience with AI-assisted prototyping using Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.

Pay: $70.00 - $78.00 per hour
