What you’ll do: <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css">Responsible for analysis of personal credit reports, business bank statements, background checks, and other relevant business documents, data gathering and research</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Exposed to deal flow in a variety of industries including retail, leisure, restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturers, media, technology, and construction</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Act as a key participant in the underwriting process which includes the analysis of credit reports, bank statements, and various other business documentation</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Research, analyze and provide background information on counterparties</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Communicate with sales organizations, sales managers, and merchants in both written and verbal form</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Assist in the negotiation of transaction terms and credit structure</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Responsibilities are subject to change to best suit the needs and interests of the business</li> </ul> What we’re looking for: <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css">Diploma required, college degree preferred</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability.</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Ability to evaluate industry trends, understand market dynamics and develop and defend recommendations.</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment.</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Experience achieving metric and quality performance</li> </ul> Additional Required Skills: <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css">Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Knowledge of financial principles and processes, experience with financial statement analysis</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Effective at communicating clearly and adaptability</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Experience with administrative tasks</li> <li class="ignore-global-css">Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism</li> </ul> Kapitus Total Rewards Package Includes: <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css">Competitive Base Salary Range of $55,800-$86,100. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law.
