Virtual Office Assistant (Remote - Entry-Level / Part-Time)

Agape Child & Family Services has a current opening for a Virtual Office Assistant. This position provides essential administrative and organizational support to help ensure smooth daily operations across internal teams and programs. The role focuses on scheduling, documentation, communication support, and general virtual office coordination.

This is a fully remote, entry-level part-time position designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a structured virtual environment.

The role supports administrative efficiency and internal communication across Agape's family and community service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general administrative tasks for remote program teams
  • Maintain digital files, records, and organized documentation systems
  • Support basic document preparation and formatting tasks
  • Help ensure office workflows remain organized and efficient
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, virtual appointments, and internal sessions
  • Maintain shared calendars and update scheduling changes
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and reminders for staff and teams
  • Support basic coordination of daily administrative activities
Communication Support
  • Respond to routine internal administrative inquiries
  • Assist with email organization and message routing
  • Support communication between departments and team members
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to administrative requests
Documentation & Data Support
  • Assist with data entry and record updates
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and file organization
  • Support basic reporting and administrative summaries
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all records
EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience Level:
  • Entry-level position (no prior experience required)
Training:
  • Paid training provided upon onboarding
Preferred (not required):
  • Experience in office administration, clerical work, customer service, or scheduling support

COMPENSATION

$22 - $26 per hour
