Warehouse Associate (Day Shift) – Amazon Order Fulfillment

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties

• Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Assist in building pallets for shipment and ensuring proper loading procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and associates to meet daily operational goals and objectives.
• Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Support inventory management processes including receiving, sorting, and storing products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards within the warehouse environment.
