Pay Range: $35 - $38/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workiva CPN Onboarding Contractor Support
  • Seeking contractor support to assist with onboarding newly acquired entities into Workiva and supporting ESG data collection setup.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • GHG Data Collection Support
  • Time frame: October-December 2026
  • Create Workiva data collection files based on existing survey templates.
  • Populate pages using provided survey/questionnaire content.
  • Connect each page to the appropriate Wdata table.
  • Document and maintain connection IDs in a designated Workiva tracking sheet.
  • Review page setup for completeness, accuracy, proper data connectivity, and connection documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and correct minor configuration or connection issues as identified.
  • Add new sources to GHG data collection hub
  • Input historic GHG data to new sources
  • Input historic GHG data for fleet
  • Estimated total volume for GHG data collection support: 200-250 hours.
  • Non-GHG Data Collection Support (Data Collection System)
  • Time frame: October – January 2027
  • Validate and compile final list of data providers and integrated metrics.
  • Add data providers to Workiva system and support assignment of collection responsibilities.
  • Validate that data is properly flowing through CSR data tables and populating associated reports as expected.
  • Perform additional audit and quality-control checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of collected data.
  • Compare metric definitions and calculation methodologies from integration work to what is currently in Workiva.
  • Identify differences and gaps and compile a spreadsheet with each metric and either a confirmed definition and calculation method, or the identified differences and/or gap.
  • Compile updated metric definition and calculation methodologies as confirmed by data owners and enter into Workiva.
  • Non-GHG Data Collection Support (User Onboarding)
  • Time frame: November – January 2027
  • Develop onboarding and user-support materials, including user guides and reference documentation.
  • Provide general onboarding support and adoption assistance during rollout.
