About the Role

You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and relationship management, building deep, multi-level connections across agency investment, strategy, programmatic, and leadership teams.

  • Commercial Growth: Drive revenue performance while identifying new, scalable commercial opportunities across agency portfolios. Contribute to pipeline development, forecasting, and the operationalization of agency incentive programs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Operations to deliver cohesive agency strategies. Bring structured marketplace feedback back to internal teams to directly shape our product roadmap and go-to-market narratives.

  • Enablement & Adoption: Educate agencies on Uber Advertising's evolving product suite. Build playbooks and workflows that accelerate platform adoption, while empowering internal sales teams with strategic partnership insights.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience

  • Experience in media, digital advertising, or platform partnerships.

  • Agency-Facing Expertise: A proven track record of managing and growing multi-million dollar advertising portfolios specifically with global agency holding companies or large agency networks.

  • Matrixed Environment Experience: Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and globally in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • The Uber Hustle: Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You thrive in ambiguity and love navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: A creative storyteller who leverages data to quantify massive opportunities and influence senior decision-makers.

  • AdTech & Data Savvy: Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel measurement solutions (lift vs. attribution) and experience establishing data partnerships or 1P data solutions.

  • Trust & Leadership: A proven trust-builder who leads with respect, excels at motivating others, and is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the advertising industry.
